Furnell Projects (“we”, “our”, “us”) delivers Agile coaching, consulting, training, and facilitation services.   • Interaction details: messages through forms, support enquiries, feedback, workshop registrations
    We do not collect sensitive categories of data (e.g., health, race, religion).

We process your data for legitimate reasons:

  • To communicate about your enquiry and respond to questions

  • To provide Coaching, Training & Facilitation services you request

  • To administer workshops or events, including logistics and follow‑up

  • To comply with legal obligations, such as you requesting proof of service

  • For legitimate business interests, like improving our offerings and ensuring IT security

  • Contract performance: for services you’ve engaged us to provide

  • Consent: when you subscribe to newsletters or marketing materials

    We will regularly review data retention and securely delete what’s no longer needed.
