My Ethos
I believe lasting change comes from working with people, not at them.
I’ve spent my career supporting teams in large, often complex organisations in tech, data and enterprise delivery environments where priorities shift, dependencies pile up, and clarity is hard to come by. I know the pressure teams face when delivery demands rise but the way of working doesn’t support them. My focus is helping people make sense of what’s really going on and building practical, confident ways forward.
I care about what works, which means no rigid frameworks. I bring a collaborative approach to coaching and facilitation. I work closely with delivery leads, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and senior leads to find ways of working that make space for flow, clarity and connection, without adding more noise.
My work includes fractional coaching and consulting, interactive training using the Training from the Back of the Room method, and facilitation support for retrospectives, workshops and leadership offsites. At the heart of it all is a commitment to building real capability so that people feel more confident and equipped long after I’ve stepped away.
My logo reflects my ethos. The lightbulb represents the ideas, creativity, and energy I bring to workshops and training through TBR. The waves symbolise agility and flow; the continuous improvement that helps teams keep moving forward. It’s a reminder that the work I do is about sparking change and helping it ripple out across organisations.
If your teams are facing complexity or change, let’s explore how we can create clarity, flow, and lasting improvement together.
